Maple Vinaigrette


  • 4 oz. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 oz. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed or finely minced
  • 1 T fresh basil or parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 t salt


  1. Place above ingredients in blender
  2. Let sit 20 min.
  3. Add 1/4 c Pure Ohio Maple Syrup (or more!)
  4. And  1 T Dijon Mustard
  5. Turn Blender on to Mix
  6. Drizzle in 3/4 c Olive Oil
  7. Drizzle in 3/4 c Salad Oil
