
Coleslaw
Our maple coleslaw combines the traditional flavors you expect from a good slaw with a hint of maple sweeteness. Serve atop our maple pulled pork for a delicious sandwich or bring as a side dish to any potluck or picnic.

Coleslaw Ingredients:
- 12 c shredded cabbage
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 med red onion, diced
- 1 carrot, finely shredded
- ½ c sugar – sprinkle over Tossed Vegetables
Dressing Ingredients:
Dressing - Bring to a Boil:
- 1/2 c Pure Ohio Maple Syrup
- 1 t dry Mustard
- 1 t Celery Seed
- 1 t Salt
- 1/4 t White pepper
- 3/4 c Vinegar
- 3/4 c Vegetable Oil
- Pour warm dressing over veggies, stirring.
- Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours. Serves 12.
